Sujet: Illicit Trade Summer School 2017 at the University of Groningen
Dear Sir/Madam,
We'd like to cordially invite the members of your association to apply to participate in the upcoming Summer School in Illicit Trade, to be held at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands from Monday 3rd - Saturday 8th July 2017.
Taught by a team of expert scholars and practitioners from across the globe, this unique 1-week course presents an excellent opportunity for students to learn about international regimes of illegal financing and illicit trade, not only through theory, books and an excursion, but through learning first-hand the actual practices and techniques that criminals, terrorists and dictators use to conduct and conceal their illicit activities.
